You know you're in trouble when you can't tell tomato plants from cannabis plants. It is really a problem if you are a cop!

Somebody thought a widow's tomato plants were a cannabis factory. Talk about tax money going down the tubes. This police force must have gotten ripped-off when they bought their drug dogs!
