Dope of The Year

A man goes to apply for a license to carry a gun at a police station. The officers' suspicions are immediately raised as the man is filling out an application. It seems the man had a strong odor of marijuana!

It just so happens that the man not only had the marijuana with him, but also had a gun without a license to carry it. All this dope did is give a valid argument to gun control!
