does anyone know how the myspace charts work? (LINK)

Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone knows exactly how the myspace music charts work. Some things do not ring true.
For example...
At the moment we are number 7 in the Australian Funk Charts and number 87 in the Worldwide funk charts.
Which automatically states that there are six acts above us in the Autralian charts.
Shouldnt that mean that they are listed in the Worldwide charts but they are not there.
Then...there is a N.S.W band top 30 in the world wide funk charts, 1 friend, zero plays and only 21,000 page views.
We have over 7,000 friends, 65,000 page views and over 2,500 plays for the day.
Does anyone know exactly how they work this chart thing, because no matter how we look at it, it just does not ring true.
How can a band with no plays, no friends and less views be higher in the charts that a band with more.
Is it time based?
Plays over time?
If anyone knows the correct answer...please buzz me.
And, we have emailed myspace themselves with little, minimal or totally different answers.
