Do you Know What Causes Hemorrhoids

September 9th 2010 11:40
Do you Know What Causes Hemorrhoids? As you know, causes of hemorrhoids may differ from each individual. This is because we have different biological adaptation.

First would be heredity and aging. This disorder can be transmitted through genes. You will have high chances of getting same disorder if your parents had suffered hemorrhoids before. Heredity and aging are samples of non-modifiable predisposing factor. This can never be avoided as this is a part of the normal process of life.

Another factor that could contribute to further hemorrhoids development is extended hours of sitting and standing. There are really individuals who are required to do this as one of the nature of their jobs. This will primarily support the walls of the veins and could also avoid varicose formation.

By the way, if you want to know a natural cure that is effective in managing hemorrhoids, why not try Venapro. This product can help you overcome hemorrhoids in 48 hours, if you want to know more facts about the product, read about Venapro review.

Bowel irregularities such as constipation and diarrhea can attribute to pile formation. Constipation will involve a lot of straining during bowel movement. Straining can then cause formation of hemorrhoids. On the other hand, diarrhea can result in hemorrhoid because of irritation of anal walls.

Diet plays a main part in the bowel elimination pattern. Waste materials in the intestines soften with the help of fiber. It also helps increase bulk formation. You should start including fiber rich foods in your diet so that it won't be difficult to pass stools.

Insufficient physical work outs and sedentary life-style can promote further hemorrhoid formation. How? It is because exercising will help improve gastric motility. It is very possible that the fecal wastes will stagnate in the intestines when there is no motility. You might want to try dancing and walking, these are simple forms of exercise.

Gestation could be another reason behind the formation of hemorrhoids. During labor, pressure in the veins progresses. Most mothers, right after their delivery, suffer from this condition. Nonetheless, even if that happens occasionally; you still have to do something so that it won't happen.

or worst, liver problem can also cause hemorrhoids...of course to rule it in you need to check if there's enlargement of spleen, esophageal varices, or abdominal fluid accumulation.
