Diet update

I have lost about ten pounds on lean cuisine/special K diet.I had some ups and downs but I think I am back on track. I had a birthday party to go too with open buffet and ate more than I should have but less than others ate. My whole family are big eaters.
When I was in the hospital I gain some weight because I needed to eat more protein to help my body heal. I know I needed to eat more at that time but I felt guilty.
I am 4ft 9inch and now I am 135. I would like to be atleast 10 pounds lighter before I go on my birthday vacation to California March 19-23. I would love to be 115 by summer. I take it one day at a time and try to eat less and exercise more.
Well, that's my update for now. I hope everyone else was able to stick with there weight loss goals for the new year so far. Good Luck.
