I Broke the Detox - Sue Me!

I started a detox yesterday which involves eating wholistic foods and zero sugars - not even friuts. I have done this before and i was strict for a week but then the weekend got in the way...

Anyway I'm here to discuss this time around, and this time around I broke it in a day - that's really bad for me - I like to think I have will power - I was so very wrong

I just discovered a new type of work out called ZUMBA.
It is a combination of everything dance and latino in one saucy work out. Now I haven't done this myself but after learning a bit about it I am keen to sign up.
Only one draw back - I can't seem to find a class in Oz...well at least nothing near by

Tonight's dinner the oh so delish fajita.

I can pass you on a recipe of this delight, but first I must tell you of it's virtues. The hot and spiciness is an instant wnner for me - thanks to cayenne pepper. But the real winner is the fact that they are the perfect TV dinner

RACING TOAST

MMmmmmmm raisin toast.

Despite all attempts to detox in the morning - whatever that means! Yeast and gluten and all those things PLUS caffeine are too good a start to a day. Ooo and I forgot butter...sweet salty buttery butter!
