diet and eating out
It is easy to diet on the days I work because I am so busy at work I don't even think of eating until lunch or snack. When I am home it is like I know the food is available so it makes me feel hungry. All in my head I suppose.
I did eat too much last Friday and went out to eat Saturday. Friday was grocery day. I go get groceries after work. The work day was extra busy and crazy. I was a bit frazzled the time I left. Then I went straight to the grocery store getting only what was on my list. When I finally got home I was starving. I had a lean cuisine Panini sandwich and a can of mushroom soup. It was so good but my weight was up two pounds the next day.
I did better eating out. I went to Apple Bees with my mom. She got spinach dip with chips to start and I had none. I had great weight watchers chicken smothered in cheese with mixed veggies and rice. It was very good and about the same amount of calories as a lean cuisine. After work that evening I went dancing with friends and I know that burned the calories. Sunday morning my weight was down good.
I am losing about 1 or 2 pounds a week which I read is healthier than taking weight off fast. So things are going well. I just have to keep it up.
