Did U Know?

Big thanks to Raylee for sending me this - it is daunting to watch and also astounding how our population is set on a technological outburst similar to the Terminator films. Will we keep advancing to become a super race or will we get too smart for our own good and end up wiping ourselves out? If you have ever watched the Battlestar Gallactica (most intelligent TV show ever) show you can see what goes wrong with a large scale non stop population.
I think it was Agent Smith in The Matrix who stated we are not actually mammals as all mammals control their own populations and we, as humans, actually closer resemble a virus than any other species. If we are a virus on earth - what antibodies will the earth further throw at us to stop us ruining it.
Watch this vid - it is amazing - only goes for about 4mins. This was played at a Sony conference this or last year.

I work in an industry that did not exist when I left school.
The double of information started back in 1984 and has no ceased since.
However volume does not always translate to quality.

It certainly is a revolution and that's probably what pushed me into blogging in the first place - to learn all I could. Prior to Orble the most interactive thing I did on the net was emailing and emailing is still pretty important I think.
This post explains really why governments everywhere are trying to control it because in its present form they can't...and to them that's not good.
Really interesting post.

Emailing is massively important and something that can actually assist in saving the environment and trees as opposed to all the paper letters we used to use and then wait three days to receive and read.
What I find interesting is how quickly things are happening.
It is a massive technological revolution happening before our eyes and governments cannot control that.
