Devil's Food Cake Day - May 19

MMMMM! I love Devil's Food Cake! So, I love May 19th - because I have to make Devil's Food Cake if it's Devil's Food Cake Day!
This recipe from Real-Home-Cooking.com is one my mother handed down to me - it's simple to make, and absolutely delicious! (This photo doesn't have the frosting as in the recipe - Devil's Food Cake is equally delicious with vanilla frosting!)
Devil's Food Cake
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups cold water

FROSTING
3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup margarine or butter
5-6 tablespoons milk
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into preparied 9x12 or 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING
Beat 1 cup sugar, cocoa, margarine, 2 tablespoons milk, and vanilla till creamy. Gradually beat in remaining milk and sugar till smooth.
