Depression Grew - October 2008

Depression Grew, a book of poetry I am working on.

I am aware of the many emotions, associated with depression. And would like to express them the only way I know how. This would be poetry. I have the type of depression known as manic, it is persistent. Sometimes it will lessen in severity, but the symptoms are always present.

Depression sucks; I hope it's not as permanent as you believe it is. That said, I don't think everyone can make it out of depression-I just think some people can, even when they think they can't.

are worse things in this world. But time does ease
