Cutting Stress

Let go. That's the secret. Let go.
Easy example. Work. Yeah. I know, don't get you
started. There's the Boss from Hell, and the Zombie
workers, and the moronic system, and just thinking
about it has your teeth clenched and your back so
tense your bones are about to crack.
Just thinking about it...
So why are you thinking about it?
You know why so many people get high...it allows
them to put one thick wall of asbestos between
their Id and the world.
You don't need to get high if you can do it on your own.
And you can do it.
My friend Brady left a high pressure job at a
government ministry as a if not a god.
He never ever got angry, confused, worried,
no matter what happened.
You know why?
In his own words; "I don't give a Sh*t."
Words to live by if I ever heard any.
If you stop caring it can't touch you. It's only
when you care,when you take it home with
you, when you think about it,
Once you can stop taking it home with you,
you are half way there.
The next step is to stop caring while you are there.
Walk in with a distracted vibe, and stay
distracted. Take it as theatre, take it as
happening behind that thick wall of asbestos.
Tune out the Boss from Hell. Ignore his
rudeness his mental imbalance.
He doesn't exist. He's just taking up space.
Don't answer, don't even care what he says
or does.
You know what a waste of skin and bones
he is, so why are you stressing?
Eventually you'll be in your own little world. Safe.
