this shining light
on a stretch of road
among dust, breeze,
wildflowers, cement,
you are remembered
and others are given hope

This poem was written for my non profit by a great friend with all proceeds going to children in Russia and Kenya. She does long distance Reiki, she does name poems and a whole list of other things with the proceeds going to these children.If you get a chance, check out her page. She's an amazing, giving person.
