Its appeared with recent debate in the house that the deal may not be passed and we are past the crucial time that it could have helped.
with recent bank failures the recent this morning is Washington Mutual.
With all the banks failing is it a sign that we are quickly headed for a recession. Bush feels this bailout will help the economy. However , Obama and McCain both agree that this is not the answer. They do agree with the oversite and executive salary caps.
