Creole Coating for Shrimp
Creole Coated Fried Shrimp

This is a very easy and economical coating for frying shrimp. The perfect blend of seasonings are achieved with the garlic, Creole spices, and salt.

This Creole coating is never overpowering. It adds a subtle Creole flavor, enhancing the taste of the shrimp.

* 1 and 1/2 cups flour
* 2 tsp. Creole seasoning
* 1 tsp. garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp. sea salt

Dredge shrimp in Creole coating and fry.
