Couple More Points Of Clarification
January 19th 2010 10:23
Hello again world,
I thought i'd better make a few more things clear before I begin in earnest and start spewing forth stories of joy, pain, terror, ecstacy and confusion on you all.
My kids range in age from 6yrs old to 'in the womb') - I have a daughter aged 6, a son aged 5, another son aged 1 and one more in the oven, due in May 2010.
So on that point, my stories and advice will be based on experiences I have had with kids of that age - ie no teenage advice coming from this Dad (yet........, although sometimes I think my daughter is 6 going on 16!)
Each child has been a completely different ride. Whilst there are some similarities and basic principles/techniques that work, which i'll share with you as i think of them, each child brings with them their own experiences. Each birth was different, each one sleeps differently, eats differently, plays differently...... you get the drift. Just because i've had 3 kids with another on the way doesn't make me a certified expert, but it sure as hell puts me in a position to comment, whether you like it or not
I'm really looking forward to sharing more stories and I hope you enjoy what's in store for those who read my posts.
Enjoy and check back really soon for my first 'real' post.
