Newbie!! yet again..

May 27th 2009 11:02
Most of you, if there are any of you, who actually read these blogs are probably pondering on what i mean by being "new to this". Well, all the previous blogs were written by my older sister, Coukie, however, Coukie has now become too engrossed with her uni work to continue with this blog.
Ok.. so that was a lie. Lazyness has simply overcome Coukie and she is so not bothered to do it anymore.
But have no fear you little orbles, for the younger generation has arrived to take over. Coukie's little sister, although not so little, is here to provide you with reports more ENTERTAINING and FUNNIER than ever!.. not really.. well i hope so anyway, like i said, im new to this.
Well that is all i have for you tonight.. Ciao! xx

VIRGIN-PRICED AIR TICKETS! (LINK)

February 5th 2008 10:31
Virgin Blue airline has done it once again, and for only one cent out of your pocket!

In celebration of the introduction of new networks on the destination map for Virgin Blue, they have decided to step it down a notch to only one cent a flight between their new service routes; Sydney and Port Macquarie and, Sydney and Albury.

Doesn’t this all seem a little mind-boggling? I mean, does 1 cent even exist? Does it just round off to nothing? Mind you the ticket is one-way, I’m guessing the ticket back home would be double the price??

I hope it’s not like another of one of those “eBay scams”, where the product is for $1 dollar but the postage is $4351 bucks!

...

Anyhow, tickets are probably sold out by now with the last tickets from Sydney and Albury on sale a little over an hour ago. Well, that’s one thing you don’t have to worry about!

Today's torch/ Tomorrow's weapon

February 3rd 2008 03:09
When it comes to the flashlight, common to some civilians as a "torch", there are ranges of weapons we can choose from. Tactical lights are produced to aid any officer on the beat, security, armed forces on duty and anyone who wants to secure their homes and families. So why do we need such powerful light that can take out an eye like a lightsaber? Simply because we can!

Wedding Bliss --- Where's the food?

January 28th 2008 12:54
Wedding wails, the hip-swinging jolts of Arabian men, traditional sword fights and repeated sound tracks. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that party? Charming chandeliers, beautiful decorations, lovely people... And then there’s the food.

That one reason everyone goes to wedding ceremonies turns out to be disappointing. For the event’s main course to look like a cheap take of a Lean Cuisine meal is not very satisfying

Talks of a new technological boost in vehicles have emerged among automakers in an attempt or rather pursue, to deliver a mechanism that would reduce road accidents and congestion. And the only thing you have to do is nothing at all. The new driverless vehicle that is expected to be released in 2018 dramatizes revolutionary driving, with the exceptional feature of automated parking.

Apart from the computerised speech, and spectacular ability to transform, does this whole ground-breaking innovation sound like a substandard re-take of Transformers? It does to me

Life on MARS? (LINK)

January 24th 2008 14:07
With the controversial appearance of the photographic image of what appears to be some sort of deceptive material, many are open to worldwide speculation, meanwhile, in the NASA’s space station; it is all but laughs and giggles.

Could this new “life on mars” evidence be an attempt by NASA to obtain worldwide recognition for discovering SOMETHING after years of hard work? For all we know it could possibly be a shot in the deep desert of Africa? If you ask me, which you won’t, I’d say this is just a cry of desperation. And why wouldn’t it? After years of searching, the mind starts to play games on you. And whatever you believe in, no sooner than later appears
