Some details:

Website: Constant-Content.com

Alexa traffic rank: 15.092 (as of 30th July 2010)

Need to apply to be contributor? Not exactly, (I'm explaining it below)

Earnings: Per article sold.

Any referral program? Yes. 5% from all the authors'sales you refer.

Payments: Monthly. Paypal. Minimum payout: $5

Do they accept international writers? Yes, they do.

Yes, they accept international writers, and I'm sure about that as I signed up, and I live in Spain.

As you may imagine, this is a place where you can upload either articles, photos or videos, and you will price your content according to several use licences.

You can also receive requests from customers and start working on them.

About how to create an account to write for Constant-Content.com, all you need to do is filling in a form with your name, password, e-mail, paypal account, city, and country, etc... (There's where I found out they accept international authors)
As I say above, about applying to be contributor, you don't exactly do that. After having filled up the form, you'll be taken to a 5 questions quiz. If you get 4/5 right answers, you can directly go to your account and start writing.

I have to say, I had 5/5 and take into account my native language is Spanish!

The site is very friendly and it is quite easy to find the information you may be looking for. The help section really helps and they also have a forum.

I signed up because.... Yes! Because I'm curious and couldn't let this 'international writers accepted' opportunity go away. I still have to take a look at it, maybe tomorrow, with more time, but my general impression is very good.

Now, the only thing I have to do is... follow the guidelines and try to write good articles! I'm excited about this because, believe me, this kind of opportunities doesn't exist in Spanish language!

Happy writing!
