Who cares about Brain activity, no-one wants to know!
October 22nd 2006 08:01
After a considerable amount of thought it strikes me that Computer Art as a motif does not attract the right audience or any audience much at all.
From that point of view I think I am wasting my time with you.
Whoever needs to know, obviously doesn't want to.
Those who show any interest at all, often urge me to move on and supposedly up with the Art, without showing me, in fact, what they can do, and the others who please me most are attracted to it and trying it out themselves, which is great.
The audience I need are the computer illiterate and/or those wanting to add yet another dimension to the brain activity they require to protect and increase what they already have.
I don't think a blog is the way to achieve this.
That's a pity, because I like doing what I do and think it has unique potential for achieving its objectives.
Just how long I'll continue I have yet to decide.
I often think if I used foul language, was the mother of young children, liked
TV or the movies I'd do better if not good.
Better still if I could eat it or have sex with it that would attract even more attention or if it had wheels or was about war and destruction and violence.
I don't even see much scope for humour here.
Everyone seems to take themselves just a little too seriously. Sad about that.
