Cleaning your sensor is done at the user’s own risk.
If you think you have the confidence perhaps you should consider cleaning the sensor yourself.
Cleaning a sensor can be undertaken by photographic camera repair service and is recommended if the camera is still under warranty.
I own several digital DSLR cameras and you would be amazed at how much fluff and dust can affect images. Even the smallest amount of dust can affect the image quality.
I preferred to use a liquid swab pack available at most camera retail stores. The pack has two swabs one wet and one dry swab. I do not recommend using a fine blower brush on the sensor itself although it is ok to use it on the lens exterior.
You can get a full cleaning kit like Green Clean it comes with an air can a set of swabs, magnifying glasses it also has a vacuum suction hose and attachment to get the dust out from inside the camera body.
I do not recommend using a proprietary brand compressed air can as these cans can have liquid propellants and can cause more trouble than the actual dust. I use the kit from Green Clean and find it
Does an excellent job with getting rid of the dust and garbage from inside the camera.
If you want to save a few bucks then buy the cleaning kit it works out cheaper in the long term.
The Green Clean website has a demo video on how to clean the camera sensor.
