Cheba Hut Denied Liquor License

A judge denies a liquor license to a Colorado sub shop. This is mostly because he can't see the humor to the sub shop's drug themed menu and marketing. The Cheba Hut sub shop claims that the only thing fried is the occasional customer. Their subs include names like 'Magic Mushroom' 'Thai Stick' and 'Herb'!
There should be a follow-up to this story to see if the Cheba Hut shop has an increase in business since no one knew about this place. It seems that the judge has based his decision on his own prejudices rather than that of the law. Businesses should be given as much support as possible in this ailing economy. I admit that this is just one-side of the story, but if there is not a public outcry and no trouble recorded at the business, give 'em a break!
