Yes its true!

Watching such 80s movies as rocky 3 and 4 and other fantastic action flicks work you up and get you so highly motivated you will want to go for a run or pump weights!
Todays action movies leave a lot to be desired thats why renting or buying a classic 80s action hit such as terminator, rocky 3 or 4, something with van damme or schwarzenegger or stallone will set the tone.

Its proven during a 2 hour viewing session of any popular 80s action film, the viewer will lose just over 1kg.

So been a couch potato isn't as bad as it seems!!

A tanless Summer in Melbourne

Well it seems that the bushfires are so crazy that you cannot even see the sun.

Just when you think its gonna rain you smell the burning wood that is the trees been destroyed in the big bushfire upstate victoria.

Is there a chance for fit strong bodies to get a tan this summer?
Of course, just go to your local solarium for about 10-15minutes.

OK TIME TO HAVE FUN EATING RIGHT!!

Ok guys we know xmas is a few weeks away and ok yes i know its time to eat whatever whenever!
But remember its also that time for going into the new year and making new resolutions.

Arriving at a holiday gathering with so many tempting food choices when you are famished is lethal! Plan ahead. Eat 5-6 small, healthy, well-balanced meals each day. Make sure you eat one of those small meals or have a protein shake about 30-60 minutes before attending a holiday get-together, even if the get-together is a meal!

You'll be far less likely to overindulge and you won't be inclined to eat everything in sight with reckless abandon! With both your appetite and conscience in check, you'll find greater enjoyment and satisfaction in the modest amount of food and drink that you do consume.

You simply CANNOT starve yourself all day, then eat and drink whatever you want at a holiday party without consequences. Your body just does not work that way. If you starve yourself in anticipation of overindulging, you'll ENSURE storing every single morsel as FAT.

Every holiday spread includes some kind of fresh fruit or vegetable tray. Fill your plate with fresh veggies and eat those first, fruit second. And skip the dip! The bulk and water in the veggies will quell your appetite and you will be less able to eat as much "junk."

All in all eat in moderation, your body will thankyou for it!!

Couldn't agree more!

What makes me laugh is those skinny fools who wear sleeveless tops even in cold weather to show off what they think is muscles.

Also guys who check themselves out when they have piss weak physiques and are ugly lol that makes me laugh

But to be honest, cricket is batshit boring!
I mean to call it a sport is to say george bush isn't a dipshit.
