Cavs Tie series; LA grabs lead 2-1
:
2008-2009 NBA Playoffs
We saw a classic finish in game 2 of the eastern conference finals, with Lebron redeeming the Cavs. It was close...But if you dig deeper Orlando is being favored in this series. Why? How many times we saw Cleveland blowing out huge leads? Hedo is superb, points-wise and dishing-wise...The Magics were almost perfect in executing plays especially in the second half.
Cleveland has to stop giving up perimeter shots because almost always the Magics bring them in. They need to avoid unnecessary fouls...Pavlovic's foul in the final seconds of game 2 almost cost them the game.
What I fear for Cleveland is Lebron's teammates seeming to be unresponsive in end-game situations. The fourth quarter should not only be a Lebron's show, it should be a Z show, or Mo show, or delonte show.
On the other hand, Denver-LA series again went neck and neck until Ariza again stole the ball away from Carmelo (a resemblance of game 1). Followed by Melo committing his sixth foul. And Denver never recovered. It seems my prediction is right. If Ariza and/or Fisher fires up, the the Denver is in trouble. And that is what exactly happened.
Ariza is terrific. But the key players for Denver (Kleiza-Martin) were not able to respond to the challenge. In the end LA grabs the lead.
FEARLESS FORECAST:
WESTERN CONFERENCE- LA WILL ADVANCE AFTER SIX GAMES.
EASTERN CONFERENCE- MAGICS AFTER SEVEN GAMES.
