Aquascutum’s designers have taken their inspiration this season ‘from the sun and the sky and warm days sitting in golden fields’. Colours are a parade of cool blues and a rainbow of hot shades. Hand-painted prints and rich embroideries decorate chiffon and liquid jersey dresses. The trench-coat Aquascutum’s trademark garment is continually re-invented within the collections, sometimes as a jacket or even a belt, more often as luxury trench with surprising details.
