Dealing With Breast Cancer

You Can-Survive, Breast Cancer

Where did breast cancer come from? How has it evolved into an epidemic? How do you get brest cancer? These are just some of the questions that I ask and wonder about...how about you? What I have come to know and learn is that cancer comes from a lifestyle. Now, some may disagree with me on this. You may say, that your mom had it or your grandma or someone else in the family. But, if you think about it lifestyles are passed down from generation, to generation, and sometimes the lifestyles are not good ones, when it comes down to taking care of our bodies. I do understand that their are certain traits that are passed down, but I do not believe that breast cancer is one of them. I believe that it is the lifestyle that is passed down that causes us to have certain illnesses.

I believe that because of certain foods, drinks and medicines may cause a gene in our bodies to mutate, and it is this mutated gene that is passed down. And depending on how well you treat yourself, depends on wheather or not that gene will mutate. So, what I am saying is that I don't believe that breast cancer is a natural inherited trait, because to be sick is not natural it is the deviation away from what is natural. Please allow me to say this...rather we believe it or not, pork, yes pork is the cause of a lot of cancers. If you would just stop eating this filthy animal you would cure over 90% of what ails you.

Did you know that the drug industry preys on those of us who find it hard to lose weight. They tell us to take a diet pill and this will help us to lose weight. But those diet pills will and do cause breast cancer according to a good firiend of mine who is surviving her bout with breast cancer. She was struggling with her weight and she did not want to eat in the manner in which she should have in order to lose weight the correct way, she admittedly told me.

So she made the decision to purchase and take diet pills. Well it did not take more than a month after taking the pill she discovered hard lumps in both breast. And she told me that she was sorry that she had taken those pills, because she said that that is what had given her the breast cancer without a doubt. Then her sister did the same thing I guess that she did want to believe her that it was the diet pills. So she went out and purchased her some but of a different brand and hard lumps appeard in both of her breast so she discontinued her use of them.

I wanted to share their stories with you so that you can make an informed decision about your health. And some of you who are taking the pill may you be blessed with good health.

Did you know that the word Cer which is the ending of the word cancer. It is a wax cloth correclty named cerecloth, and it is used to wrap dead bodies. And this is the way cancer acts. It wraps the infected organ and chokes the life out of it.

I want to share a story of what happend to me. I was working for this company and I would go in every morning and make a cup of coffee. I would normally make my coffee at home, but I got lazy with myself. I was not in the habit of checking my breast for lumps. But this particular night I felt something was wrong. Without touching my brest I could feel that something was there, and that it was something hard. So I felt on my breast where I felt something a little strange, and I felt a lump and little hard lump it felt like a rock, but small. This of course alarmed me. So I sat down and went over what I eat and drink and discovered that it had to be the water that the coffee was being made from. I felt that it was the only thing that was newly introduced into my body, because I had just started working there on this particular job. So I took it upon myself to stop drinking the coffee and within the week the lump was gone and I never drank coffee from there again. I brought my coffee from home. This is why I say that I believe that it is a lifestyle.

Because my diet was really good, the only things I would eat was beans, fruits ,veggies and fish so I knew that the only thing new and different I was doing was drinking that coffee at work. Our diets should be really be made up of simple foods so if you get sick or feel ill it would be eaiser to find what is causing the problem. But if you don't have a simple diet like that then you need to take everything out of your diet that does not produce its own water and this will help you find the culprit and get rid of it.

There are a whole list of foods that we should not eat so rather than write that list I will tell you what you should eat. Beans, Navy Beans, Small Red Beans (not pinto), Black Beans and Lentils. Anything else is considered cattle food. We can eat all fruits, but not all veggies. We should try and limite ourselves on how many green vegetables we eat. We can eat spinach, and brocoli, okra, zucchini, cabbage (but make sure to remove the dark green leaves) and green beans. We should not eat nuts at all because nuts takes 5 years off of our life...believe it or not. Nuts are too hard on our delicate stomachs. And our bodies cannot digest nuts no matter what you do to them. We can eat seeds pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds (almonds are considered a seed because the tree flowers and also you can get them from the middle of a peach seed). Things such as chips, cookies, ice cream, crackers, candy, fried foods, among others should not be eaten at all or eaten in moderation, once every other month.

Drinking, smoking and drugs should be avoided at all times.

What's In A Berry

What's In A Berry?

Everyone is talking about going natural...natural hair is the in thing now and I for one am very happy to see black women wearing their natural beauty. But many have taken this leap without thinking about; what products to use or even how do I take care of natural hair. One thing that I do know is that if you are going natural with your hair you need a natural product that will help you to maintain your natural hair.

We are natural people and are from the earth and God anticipated everything that we would need in order to take care of ourselves without using man made chemicals that do more harm than good. Natural hair care products are out there and ready for you to use, but they are not getting the spotlight to let you know who they are.

I have chosen this topic about Olive Oil to give a little info, and let you know that not all Olive Oils are created equally. Olive Oil is very good for the hair, it has vitamin E and is a good source of moisture enhancing qualities about it for the hair. Olive causes the hair to be more managable and helps to promote a healthy shine.

My Glory Hair Care Olive Oil & Moisture plus vitamins will help to promote healthy hair is hydrated hair and healthy hair grows and healthy hair is shiney. (for more information please send an email to pictureperfecthealth@gmail.co m).

I am sharing this information with you about Olive Oil so that you can make an informed decision about which Olive Oil you should use when applying it to your hair. Thank you for reading the words above now read the words below (:

The Color Of Olive Oil

Olive oil that comes from ripe olives is sweet, has a gold color, and is immediately ready for consumption . If the olives are not ripe the olive oil is bitter, has a greenish color, and normally has to age before it can be consumed. The viscosity of the olive oil depends strictly on the variety of the olives trees. Olive oil quality depends on the type of olive, climate, soil, extraction technique, handling and storage. Just like Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, olives require optimal conditions to develop into full-bodied, exceptional olive oil

Different Grades of Olive Oil

Virgin oil is the result of a single, simple pressing; in contrast, cold-pressed is a marketing label rather than a processing technique

Extra virgin is the highest quality olive oil -- characterized by "perfect flavor and odor, max acidity (oleic acid) of 1g/100g - 1% with maximum peroxide value mequiv 02/kg of 20." In some regions, extra virgin oil is judged by a panel of experts for taste, mouth feel, and aroma. This oil tends to be most delicate in flavor, and is preferred for salads or served at the table with bread for dipping, or added to soups and stews.

Fine virgin oil is just slightly less perfect -- with "maximum acidity (oleic acid) of 2g/100g - 2% with maximum peroxide value mequiv 02/kg of 20

The other officially designated grades of olive oil are the result of several chemical refining and blending processes:

Semi-fine or ordinary -- suitable for cooking when subtle flavor is not required.

Refined -- maximum acidity of .5g/100g, lacking the flavor of virgin oil.

Pure -- a low-cost blend of refined and virgin, such as you might find in large quantities at a discount food warehouse.

Pomace refers to the pounded olive residue. Refined olive-pomace oil and olive-pomace oil are lower-quality oils.

Pomace oil, olive cake, and lampante (or lamp grade olive oil) are not intended for human consumption, and are generally used for industrial or technical purposes, such as soap making.

Types of olive oil

Generally, olive oil is extracted by pressing or crushing olives. Olive oil comes in different varieties, depending on the amount of processing involved. Varieties include:

Extra virgin - considered the best, least processed, comprising the oil from the first pressing of the olives.

Virgin - from the second pressing.

Pure - undergoes some processing, such as filtering and refining.

Extra light - undergoes considerable processing and only retains a very mild olive flavour.

How To Buy Olive Oil

When buying olive oil you will want to obtain a high quality EXTRA VIRGIN oil. The oil that comes from the first "pressing" of the olive, is extracted without using heat (a cold press) or chemicals, and has no "off" flavors is awarded "extra virgin" status. The less the olive oil is handled, the closer to its natural state, the better the oil. If the olive oil meets all the criteria, it can be designated as "extra virgin".

What is pure and light olive oil? "Pure" olive oil is made by adding a little extra virgin olive oil to refined olive oil. It is a lesser grade oil that is also labeled as just "olive oil" in the U.S.

"Light" olive oil is a marketing concept and not a classification of olive oil grades. It is completely unregulated by any certification organizations and therefore has no real precedent to what its content should be. Sometimes, the olive oil is cut with other vegetable oils.

Olive oil versus canola oil

Do not fall into the hype which is put out by traditional medicine regarding the promotion of canola oil (rapeseed) as superior due to its concentration of monounsaturated fatty acids. Olive oil is far superior and has been around for thousands of years. Canola oil is a relatively recent development and the original crops were unfit for human consumption due to their high content of a dangerous fatty acid called euric acid.

Olive pomace oil - this is very refined olive oil, namely the residue that remains once the oil is pressed. It is of a very low grade and will be very cheap. It should be used for cleaning products rather than for cooking and consumption.

Hi everyone the above video is to show the progress that my hair has made since I last showed it to you. I have used nothing on my hair but my products since the big cut, and as you can see my products are doing well. They work very well and give me the results I wish to achieve. Natural hair is very beautiful once you know how to take care of it. As you can see my hair does not have the little balls of hair at the end...if you are seeing this you need to change your products, because your hair is not getting the moisture it needs. And another thing that you should not see is the fuzzy look...you should see either curls or waves not a mixture of fuzz, curls and waves. And this can be caused by the products you may be using, not covering properly at night before bed, using just water to wet the hair and grease. If you are using just water on your natural hair...this is a no no, just water alone will dry your ends (I will post my hair spritzer soon, if you would like to order please send an email to pictureperfecthealth@gmail.co m). I mentioned in the video Aloe Vera Gel to put on your hair, aloe vera gel will moisturized your hair almost instantly (make sure to use the one without alcohol and coloring make sure that it is pure). The other product that I use along with the aloe vera gel is the optimum 3 in 1 oil (in the yellow bottle this is a very good products) this works very well in keeping the hair moisturized. Other hair gels makes the hair hard and dry and easy to break. Remember love your hair, and it will love you back. If you have any questions or would like to leave a comment, please feel free to do so.
