Candy Floss is whipped sugar. Yes you shove sugar in a big dish, it heats the sugar and spins it, this creates cotton candy. The recipe originally came from the Middle East, however now is commercial. Americans made a machine that whipped the sugar good, and everyone loves to eat it.
