Can I Have You to Hold (Part III)
December 5th 2007 02:44
I don't want you to hold.
Not even for the days of old.
It turns out all my dreams of you were bought and sold.
Now, you're just cold.
Our dance is done.
The music has long-stopped playing.
I'm too tired of the dance.
You distrust me.
It has a boomerang effect - I now mistrust you...
the final straw.
I hope "she" still wants you to hold, because I've grown cold.
I no longer want to hear your story.
I don't want to tell you mine.
I'll be just fine.
I'll find someone who's really mine.
And I will have him to hold.
For the days of now,and for the days to come; and in the future, for the days of old.
If I may be so bold: One day, I think you'll want me to hold, for the days of old, but I will be cold.
Besides, I'll have someone else to hold.
You see, I've finallly been forced to fold.
The End.
Not even for the days of old.
It turns out all my dreams of you were bought and sold.
Now, you're just cold.
Our dance is done.
The music has long-stopped playing.
I'm too tired of the dance.
You distrust me.
