Busta Rhymes Busted Again

Busta Rhymes is set to get busted again.
The rapper, whose bodyguard was shot dead at a video shoot last year, already faces assault charges.
Now insiders say he is set to be charged with assaulting an employee on Boxing Day at his New York office HQ.
One of his drivers, Eddie Hatchett, 39, filed a police complaint saying he went to see the rapper to collect money he was owed, but was instead beaten up. He says the star repeatedly hit him, cutting his face.
The rappers lawyer told officers the star was out of the country. They say he will be charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, on his return.
Hatchett initially declined to discuss the case. Then he said, "I'm just an average Joe trying to support my family."
Rhymes, 34, whose real name is Trevor Smith, is already facing charges of assault, attempted assault and harassment for allegedly beating up a fan who spat on a car in the star's entourage in New York.
Cops say Rhymes repeatedly kicked Roberto Lebron in the head and body, giving him cuts, bruises and a concussion.
Prosecutors offered a plea deal of six months behind bars, but the rapper, who topped the charts this year with the song "Touch It," declined the offer.
