Bush Unable To Be Re-elected

It has been said that Bush cannot be re-elected because of the fact that he has done his terms and will be unable to serve as candidate. Besides he left with a soured reputation after he proved he was mentally ill equipped to handle the job of President. He wanted to shock and scare people as he told the world he was going to kill thousands of people in a wave that shocked. What he should have done was tell the world what was happening and not move to increase startle by telling the world he was going to kill millions if he could get away with it. Of course he seemed to lose confidence as he began the war, and then he let it drift as he took a few pills. When he lost he was on a high, and still he hasn't lost that high. He has aged a great deal from his habits, and he will continue to age as he continues to use them as he drifts.
