My Name Needs Changed

Alright, alright. It's been a while since I've posted anything. I'm not miserable anymore. Much. I just read a post at deeppencil.com and it involved how people view your first name. It got me thinking, although I've been thinking about this for years...

My name "Brittany" is so over-rated now-a-days. Half the time when I meet people they say "oh like Britney Spears" NO Not like Britney Spears. Like BritTANY. Ugh. And the other half are thinking it but don't say it. I can see their little smirk. Don't act like you can't hide it.

SO, I've been thinking of changing my name legally. I'm sick and tired of the name Brittany. It's everywhere. Everyone is named Brittany or Britney or Brittney or Brittiny or Britnay or Brit--- who cares. It's so done. It's been done since Britney Spears flashed her first puddy shot.

I've chosen the fine and beautiful name "Abigail" I will be able to stand being called that when I'm 80 years old, hard of hearing and wrinkly.

Abigail. Just saying it out loud puts me in a calmer mood. Nice.

Fat and Sigle, Sad and a Mess

Sometimes I feel very sad because I'm a mess. I don't take care of myself. I can't work. I am antisocial, and becoming moreso the older I get. My dog doesn't even listen to me 90% of the time. Yes he's still a puppy but dang, come on. If I can't get a dog to do what I want then how in the world am I going to be able to get MYSELF to do the things I need to do to get better?

I'm in a rut and I have no way out.

My mental status is only getting worse. My physical status is only getting worse. I have no way to fix those issues. I am who and what I am for life.

I have lost love and lost hope. Been hurt beyond belief and still I am here today to tell my story, which I refuse to tell in full. I've lived through it and I refuse to live it again.

I'm fat and single and that's how it's going to be.

The Gimp Zone - How to Make Jpg's Smaller in Size

Sometimes you need to make an image smaller in size to be able to upload it somewhere such as a forum. Maybe you like the dimensions of the image but it's too big to upload.

Open your jpeg or jpg image in Gimp.

Select the File menu on the image window, Save As. You will see a new window pop up giving you the option to rename the file, but if you do, keep the jpg extension. Click Save.

Now you see yet another window that asks for the quality of the image. Click the check box that says "Show preview in image window"

You might need to rearrange some of the windows to show your image. That is the same window that you clicked File, save as, on.

Now that you can see both windows, click and drag the quality slider to the left. You will see the image degrade more toward the left side of the scale. Now, watch where it says "File size: 1234.0 kB" That is the Kilobyte size your image. The size of the image will become smaller the farther you move the quality slider to the left.

For example, my image is 1276.0 kB at 100% quality. If i move the quality slider to 50% my image size is 204.3 kB.

Depending on the type of image you will be able to move the slider further to the left or you may need to keep it further to the right of the scale.

For instance an abstract image that I made in Gimp looks just fine at 50% quality but if you are changing the quality on a photo of your child or friend it may be nicer to keep the quality a bit higher. It's all up to you and your preferences.

If you just can't seem to find a happy medium between quality and photo size, you can always scale the photo to be smaller in dimensions, that also greatly reduces the size.

Play around to find your happy medium. But don't forget to save the original and always change a copy of the original.

2008 Olympics

Personally, I don't care about the Olympics. I think its a barbaric show of "who's better" in this world. I believe intelligence is much more important than who can swim the fastest or who doesn't bang their balls on the pummel horse.

I think we as a world should create a MIND OLYMPICS or something of that sort to establish an intelligence competition between the major countries of the world.

Cheating Men

I don't understand why men feel they have the right to cheat on their woman. Is it just that the testosterone 'overpowers' them and they then don't listen to their brain? Or is it just that those men don't have brains? I've been cheated on twice out of three relationships.

I refuse to believe that it's because I'm fat. Being fat does not entitle the man to cheat. Nothing does. If you feel you need to sleep with other people, then make it known to your significant other. Either you two will make a pact or break up

Obama Removes US Flag from his Plane

I just found out that Senator Barack Hussein Obama removed the United States flag from his 747 and put some weird logo on it that seemingly has no purpose other than to rile up Americans.

Obama does not pledge allegience to the United States, nor does he stand with his hand on his heart when the Anthem plays. AND now that he has removed the flag from his plane, how do you feel about voting for him to become our US President?!

I get a lot of "oh like Britney Spears" or if someone doesn't remember my name they tend to want to call me Tiffany. I hate the name Tiffany (for me...) I will legally change my name when my parents retire and we all move to Arizona. *I'm in Ohio and have been my entire life*

I've been going over names and finally found one I will like being called when I'm old and wrinkly.

Look. We have the right to say what we feel. Just because what I feel isn't what you feel doesn't give you the right to assume I'm a bigot. Maybe McCain forgot his pin or it broke. Who knows. All I know is that Obama outright refused to show that he is American. To prove to the world that he believes in America and that he IS a TRUE American. By refusing to honor the flag and the anthem he shows HIS true colors. And they certainly are not red, white and blue.

It doesn't appear that you can via the settings panel. Although for comments you can change your "Name or Orble Tag" to whatever you want, but you first have to type the Name/Orble tag -- then change the home page to reflect your actual orble blog or profile URL.

Maybe contacting an administrator would help solve your problem. Although I see nothing wrong with Edward 4. At least it's not like xxedwardx44x or something crazy like that.

Hmm. It sounds like a good idea, but I think implementing it would be bothersome.

1. How do you know you have completely covered the crucial spot?
2. It sounds like it would make a mess if accidently sprayed on fabric or pubic hair.
3. It takes too long to 'set' but you could apply it before or during foreplay then when you both are ready, it would be set properly.
4. How do you know when it is set completely?
-- I think for this it would be nice for it to change color.
4. Would it come off by peeling it off sorta of like latex medical gloves?
5. Where would the ejaculate go if there was no 'reservoir tip'?
