BODY WAVE
September 12th 2006 12:20
Check out my previous posts. I have just added a link that you can use to see a demonstration of wrist popping and arm waves.
Generally body waves are easier to do than arm waves becuase there are not as many confusing steps. You can also do many more moves with a body wave than just a straight forward arm wave. Here are the written instructions but feel free to use the link at the end of the post to see a visual demonstration. ENJOY!!
1)roll both your shoulders back, causing your chest to also stick out.
2)Push your hips out. ( I know this looks awkard, but hang in there)
3)Bend your knees slightly causing your hips to sink
4)While standing on the spot roll your knees anticlockwise
5)After your knees do this push your hips back up.
6)Push out your chest
7)Roll your shoulders forward.
It’s very confusing so click or copy and paste this address in your address bar to watch the clip.

Let me know what you think or if you would like any clips incorporating these moves.
