Blues vs Edmonton Preview
January 28th 2010 21:05
Tonight the Blues head into Edmonton following there 3-2 defeat to the Vancouver Canucks last night. This is there third of four meeting this year which they have split with one victory a piece.
St louis is going into tonights game with a 6-3-1 record over there last ten games, and are 1-1 on this west coast swing. Edmonton has lost 8 of there last ten, and a team that seems to be on the skids with several of there key players out with injury. Mike Comery may return to the line up tonight after a bout of mononucleosis. For the Blues they look to have Colaiacovo returning to the blue line soon, perhaps this Saturday evening against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Four the season series Alex Steen is the Blues leader with 4 points against the Oilers. While Dustin Penner of the Oilers has accumulated 5 points against the Blues.
I would expect to see Chris Mason returning to mind the pipes for the Blues after Ty Conklin has been in net the last two starts. The game starts at 8:30pm central time, so
LETS GO BLUES!
