Blog Adviser
October 5th 2007 05:08
I've started writing a blog called Blog Adviser which will basically be a place for me to brain dump write fabulously well thought out posts on the things I have learned from running Orble.
It will focus more on the general art of blogging rather than the technical side of using Orble which is what the Blogging Tips is for.
There are a couple of posts there already and I'll try to do a few new ones every week. Hopefully you will find the advice helpful. I certainly welcome any comments on any of the articles asking for more detail or clarification. Hopefully we can turn it into a really useful resource for new bloggers on Orble.
Thanks,
Jon.

I'm just beginning my homework, which I intend to do in a leisurely prolonged fashion, working from this post backwards.
Firstly, I would like to say that I think this is a wonderful idea and I shall be looking forward to some first class material.
However, having said that, you have been caught by your own system.
When I read the introduction, something jarred, and I said to myself, oh, that's not too good.
Then I clicked for the full article and could see what had happened: within this article there are two words crossed out, which did not show that way in the introduction. That is enough to deter some people and I myself was rather take aback with the introduction, with or without cross outs and I do realize its intent was to be humorous and I love humour.
I know you will agree with me about the cross outs not showing in the introduction and the rest is up to personal opinion and I have given mine.
Nevertheless, I remain a great fan of yours, I respect professionalism.
I feel quite sure I shall enjoy my homework irrespective of the fact that it will impact somewhat on my time. I am quite confident I shall benefit from it and, as in most things, in more ways than one.
Well done.
