Lifes little slices - August 2007

Blaze comes home today!!!!

This isn't Blaze, but Apache. I love this picture of him.
Blaze has been off to breaking school for over a month. He is in the back of a trailer right now comming home from Ohio as i type. When he gets here we still have a little more work to get his pasture ready. He'll be in his own pasture now, away from his mama. Thats a good thing for him. It's time for him to grow up and stop trying to suckle off her. <smiles> Now we have one horse profesionally broke for comapany. Were having a luiia party the 18th of august with my best friend nd her family for her mom a surprise birthday party.

Apache our Halflinger/qaurter horse. He's the sweetest horse, and may be the one to go off next for breaking school. Not sure when we'll send him. Our trainer may just take him today. No telling. I plan on waiting til probably oct or so, but we'll see.
Now we'll have 5 pastures for the horses. Plenty of grass to curculate for growing. Three pastures will be able to grow at all times.
Thats pretty much it for now. It's just alazy monday. No commitments, no resposabilities on my plate and i like that. i'll hang out watching the grils get their riding lessons, help some with the fencing, watch some netflix and maybe work on some crosses.

Hubby will be home soon. I havent seen him but maybe 15 minutes in more then a week. He worked a double yesterday, and i was on vacation until then. Can't wiat to see him.

Miss Nomer, I sooo LOVE this first photo too. I have been putting it on my tagged, yahoo 360 and everywhere. I just think it's beautiful. I LOVE the turqoise color on him. He's such a beautiful horse.
