How I Started

It doesn't take much to get started as a writer. I began by collecting my old college term papers and some new short stories that I was doing for fun. Then I found Associated Content's site, and I started posting my work there.
Once I was bitten by the writing bug, I couldn't stop! Within 60 days, I had written about 50 articles for AC, and I had several short stories that I posted elsewhere online. (I'll be sure to link these in the near future.)
Associated Content is one of many sites that allow users to sign up and start producing content almost immediately. Think about it. What hobby, profession, or interest do you have experience with that others would like to read about? That's what you should write about! Write what you know! It's more fun, more fulfilling, and it may even earn you some cash.
This is a short post, but next time, I will be getting into some more information about how I got started writing.
