Being Broke Sucks

I know that goes without saying, but seriously, I cannot stress this point enough.
Monday I had a midsemester.... and 2 assignments due. Big ones. Seeing as it was my birthday last tuesday, I basically left all the work until sunday night and got fucked up all week and most of the weekend.... bad idea.
So, midnight sunday rolls around and the new week starts, and I haven't started one assignment and I've done around an hour study for my 40% midsemester... yeah, I'm a dedicated student alright. I decide that it just isn't worth it, go to bed.
Monday morning: fuck up my midsemester. Like I didn't see that coming.
4PM monday: 2000 word research assignment due. I haven't started writing it.
1PM tuesday: Start writing the assignment. That's right, I started writing it 21 hours after it was due. How cool am I.
Anyway, long story short, I get the assignment in a little before 5 on tuesday. Go me.
So yeah... basically since it was my birthday I skipped work on wednesday night to go get drunk, like a good little Australian. Sunday night I skipped work because I was trying to do that assignment / study for that midsemester. This weekend I blew all the money I was given on wednesday, and I don't get paid now until NEXT wednesday. Heeeellloooo, poverty.
I can't afford smokes, drugs, or booze. It's a good thing people owe me dope and I have some speed and E left over... this week might not be so bad after all.
