Your Business Needs An Action Leader in 2012.
Throughout the past 12 months, a number of businesses small and large alike have surprised many by closing, going into receivership or otherwise struggling with major profit loss announcements. Without knowing the full story behind their troubles, it is easy to feel their problems are simply the fault of the GFC.
Those in small business, particularly those with less than five years experience, could be forgiven for striking trouble in 2008 and beyond. However, when major retailers and large well-known traders fall into difficulty and go bust, or lose in excess of 25% of their share value, it creates more questions than answers and raises doubts about management and trend anticipation, and causes fear for other traders in the same sectors.
