From Viagra to call girl and anaconda oil to condor meat, the food and drug administration monitor every thing that we consume, But Cigarettes, Drugs and Alcohol which are shortening American life and destroying families. Should we to ask real question, who oversight food and drug administration and what is there interest? It seems that unpatriotic political pressure from big tobacco, drugs and alcohol brewer is monopolizing food and drug administration. Thus, almost 45 years it is time to wake up for American consumers and to ask legislators that, who they are working for? It has been 44 years since the U.S Surgeon General reported that the ingredients in cigarettes, drugs and alcohol can be harmful. Today we have the same concern that the ingredients we consume are not fully listed for the health warning. The major health problem is from inhaling and drinking flavor ingredients such as fruit, cheery, banana, fresh leaf and menthol to ensnare young smokers, drug and alcohol user. The pleasure of different flavors in such products are making easier for first time victim to become addicted. One study has shown that the menthol cigarette is first choice for African American smoker compared to Asian American, South Asian American and Caucasian Americans. This is one simple reason that African American have higher lung cancer rate. It is time for Patriotic Republican legislators to show patriotism by making tobacco, drug and alcohol companies to remove harmful chemicals and list full health warning labels on every product that we consume. It is time to stop pleasing Big Tobacco, Big Drug and Big Alcohol companies for innocent American consumers. Unpatriotic political pressure from Tobacco, Drug and Alcohol companies is shortening American life by 10 to 15 years on average. It is time to change FDA policies for ingredient listing in areas related to the production and sale of private and brand goods such as cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, and sex toys for American health. The social justice system of our great nation is at great risk by politically appointed authorities who have no idea what the rule of conduct is and how to control lawless business. The Prisoners of Mental Health in America.
The causes of mental disabilities and destructions of family values are the reasons behind the rate of growth in prison population and expansion of hospital in the United State. At this time roughly 2.5 million people are behind bars not including hospitals and mental institute. Mental health is one of the most urgent health problems of the twenty first century in the world. One simple example is the richest country is the largest jailer in the world for humanity. Thus, it is wake-up call for all state in the union to legislate social justice system of united state for family values and for system of prison camp of humanity. The real question we should ask all law makers, why a person becomes murderer, rapist, thief, robber and drug user? The longer sentence for all criminals are unquestionably necessary and helps to drop in such crimes, but system should be focused on how many criminals and how to warehousing them to change there mental illness. The fundamental links in our spiritual and martial evolution that changed us from violent to sober human being is the force of love for family. It is time for each state in the union especially for the state of Connecticut to consider special rehabilitation program for family values and special incentive for poor families to keep them together for better society. The benefit of redirecting non violent, first time drug offenders and other who are small criminals for rehabilitations based on family incentive, and for their kid’s futures. All states in the union should consider reducing hard penalties for non violent those who have families. It is time to reduce cost of prison camp of humanity that has been astronomical and estimated 60 billion dollars annual expense of hard working American tax payers. The second most urgent issue is the mental health of future generations. Autism in America and cerebellum function in Middle East, Asia and South Asia. It is all about Genes that are contributing about 60 percent to Childs risk of developing mental problems. One study has shown that the marriage between first cousins doubles the risk of cerebellum functions and other learning defects for brain. The shared ancestry is increasing the risk of many neurological problems in all parts of the world. Other study has shown that baby food with too much iron can be contributing risk of learning problems it is time to reexamine baby food and family drinking habits for child health. We believe that it is time for change the system of treatment for old problems. It is time to stop chain of tragedies that are making United State of America a prison camp of humanity and one big emergency room of a big hospital. We do appreciate our system of left over justice which is protected by few Great Americans to express our suffering. However it is right of all Human kind not to sacrifice any of their freedom of right as long as it is not necessary for them to choose between dignity and patriot act. By signing patriot act we are living continuously under threat that we been Judged on every move we make someone is watching us and every breath we take someone listening us worry about slightest mistake .Fear is stealing away our life in the chain of restrictions. The question is are we living in the prison camp of Christianity? Freedom is when human brain does not suffer from any unpleasant restrictions of liberty. The social tragedies that resulted from this new system of skin and religious based discrimination and spying by assuming Dust Colored of Indian, Pakistan, Afghan and Arab should be the center point of our discussion. The ecological system of balance and chemistry of nature is in stress due to toxic water, toxic medical waste, toxic metals and toxic gases. It is time for the Greedy Great Eight Nations (G 8 nations to reconcile differences from each other and analyze condition of this universe and save hope seeking struggling human being from poverty, health, culture, religious and political problems. The second baggiest problem is environment which is due to take its toll in order to balance the system of nature. Connecticut - One local civil rights and community group Human Faith turned in frustration for one residents, whose citizenship applications have been
delayed years beyond the legal limit. “The lawsuit was the last resort. We’ve tried everything,” said Ms.Shah, executive officer of the Human Faith
Organization of USA . Bristol Fashions worked with the American Human Faith Project to file a class action lawsuit against the government. With this legal action, the Human Faith and Bristol Fashions join other grassroots organizations and individuals nationwide to bring attention to many
applications for naturalization that have been before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service for over two years. Most often, the hold-up is because of pending FBI name checks.
“Their applications are gathering dust in government offices,” said Attorney Alexander Lumelsky of Farmingtion CT. He have passed his English and civics
exams and completed the required interview with a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service officer.The legal path to citizenship From the date of the interview, USCIS has 120 days to decide on the disposition of the application. Most naturalization applications are usually processed
within the requisite time frame, and the applicant is invited to be sworn in as a U.S. citizen. But for Mr. Mehdi case, 120 days came and went long
ago, and he is still waiting to become citizens. When the plaintiffs followed up with USCIS or with local elected representatives, they found out that his case has been delayed because of incomplete FBI name checks. Attorney Alexander explained that the purpose of the lawsuit is to prevent others who have fulfilled all naturalization requirements from having to live in
limbo for years. “The time is now to solve this problem and to get these agencies to comply with the law,”

This check is different than the routine FBI criminal fingerprint check that is required, for example, of teachers and day care workers as a routine part of their job applications. According to FBI spokesperson criminal checks are done to determine whether an individual has been arrested on suspicion of a felony. These checks
are a part of the application to become a citizen, but they are usually turned around in about two hours, there is a delay in the process, But the name check is a “very complicated process,” said FBI spokesperson Bill Carter. The causes of mental disabilities and destructions of family values are the reasons behind the rate of growth in prison population and expansion of hospital in the United State. At this time roughly 2.5 million people are behind bars not including hospitals and mental institute. Mental health is one of the most urgent health problems of the twenty first century in the world. One simple example is the richest country is the largest jailer in the world for humanity. Thus, it is wake-up call for all state in the union to legislate social justice system of united state for family values and for system of prison camp of humanity. The real question we should ask all law makers, why a person becomes murderer, rapist, thief, robber and drug user? The longer sentence for all criminals are unquestionably necessary and helps to drop in such crimes, but system should be focused on how many criminals and how to warehousing them to change there mental illness. The fundamental links in our spiritual and martial evolution that changed us from violent to sober human being is the force of love for family. It is time for each state in the union especially for the state of Connecticut to consider special rehabilitation program for family values and special incentive for poor families to keep them together for better society. The benefit of redirecting non violent, first time drug offenders and other who are small criminals for rehabilitations based on family incentive, and for their kid’s futures. All states in the union should consider reducing hard penalties for non violent those who have families. Human Faith is a religious of God (Rab) of humanity (Rabi). The definition of humanity (Rabi) in our faith is the quality of being humane and respectful for life. The Nine Affirmations of human faith are the commandment of God (Rab) of Humanity (Rabi). The crime against the Nine Affirmations is blasphemy and great disrespect for our god (Rab) of humanity (Rabi).
Human Faith is heavenly light of knowledge restriction on sacred light is eclipse on humanity and blasphemy.
1. We believe all people are entitled to freedom, peace and justice. We will do all that we can to see these rights are promoted and protected in the current century.
2. We believe any kind of negative discrimination such as racism, sexism and religious persecution are crimes against humanity. We cannot endorse sole progression of man from animal as it rejects spiritual evolution. We will respect all human kind.
3. We believe in freedom of the press and object to media censorship. We believe we have the responsibility to stay informed and the right to have resources for this available without restrictions.
4. We reject war, terrorism and arms build ups as they are plagues on mankind and the environment.
5. We support and encourage efforts to preserve and protect the environment. Air and water pollution, unbridled harvesting of fossil fuels and loss of habitat need to be stopped. We are commit to do our part by recycling and curbing wasteful habits. We recognize our responsibility to future generations in this regard.
6. We believe we must provide education worldwide in health and family planning. We must foster respect for life and accept responsibility for the offspring we create. Programs facilitating border less adoptions need to be encouraged.
7. We believe everyone is entitled to a good quality of life including clean water and air, energy availability for home and commerce and a healthy diet. Every nation and its leaders must be accountable that these needs are met.
8. We will respect all life including animal rights and insist on their protection and humane treatment in food preparation entertainment and sports.
9. We are honest in all our dealings and we respect the dignity of others. We will instill these beliefs in our children in order to promote happiness and peace.

Bristol Fashions and Human Faith Member Sue the Government Over Citizenship Delays Two organizations are behind Mr.Mehdi to help their Member become citizens after years of delay.
Connecticut - One local civil rights and community group Human Faith turned in frustration for one residents, whose citizenship applications have been
delayed years beyond the legal limit. “The lawsuit was the last resort. We’ve tried everything,” said Ms.Shah, executive officer of the Human Faith
Organization of USA . Bristol Fashions worked with the American Human Faith Project to file a class action lawsuit against the government. With this legal action, the Human Faith and Bristol Fashions join other grassroots organizations and individuals nationwide to bring attention to many
applications for naturalization that have been before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service for over two years. Most often, the hold-up is because of pending FBI name checks.
“Their applications are gathering dust in government offices,” said Attorney Alexander Lumelsky of Farmingtion CT. He have passed his English and civics
exams and completed the required interview with a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service officer.The legal path to citizenship From the date of the interview, USCIS has 120 days to decide on the disposition of the application. Most naturalization applications are usually processed
within the requisite time frame, and the applicant is invited to be sworn in as a U.S. citizen. But for Mr. Mehdi case, 120 days came and went long
ago, and he is still waiting to become citizens. When the plaintiffs followed up with USCIS or with local elected representatives, they found out that his case has been delayed because of incomplete FBI name checks. Attorney Alexander explained that the purpose of the lawsuit is to prevent others who have fulfilled all naturalization requirements from having to live in
limbo for years. “The time is now to solve this problem and to get these agencies to comply with the law,”

After 9/11, USCIS made the security checks for immigration benefits more stringent, according to USCIS spokesperson Sharon Rummery. In December 2002,
USCIS sent over 2.7 million names of people who were in the process of applying for permanent resident status and naturalization to the FBI for an in-depth background check known as a name check. This check is different than the routine FBI criminal fingerprint check that is required, for example, of teachers and day care workers as a routine part of their job applications. According to FBI spokesperson criminal checks are done to determine whether an individual has been arrested on suspicion of a felony. These checks
are a part of the application to become a citizen, but they are usually turned around in about two hours, there is a delay in the process, But the name check is a “very complicated process,” said FBI spokesperson Bill Carter. While criminal checks usually clear quickly, the name check is a detailed look into whether a person is the subject of an FBI record.USCIS does not have any kind of time frame within which it must receive results of the name check,Rummery said. “The FBI does the name checks, so we have no control over how much time they take,” she explained.
“I believe a background check is very important,” Ajmal said. “This is my home and the home of my family, and I want to make sure everyone is safe.” But the checks shouldn’t take many years, he said. ajmal wishes to become a Fedral employe, and his lack of citizenship has created obstacles with both furthering his education and with job opportunities.
