While most Americans hope to retire in a warm climate, I have always wanted the colder climate. My choice at one time was Iceland. That is until I found how expensive it was to live there. It was not for the people on a fixed income.
Well, if you ever wanted to travel and visit Iceland now is the time! Just like our crumbling world economy, now may be time to visit Iceland. Their economy is on the brink of collapse, and deals can be had!

I'm going to keep Iceland open as a possible place to retire. Of course years ago it was Costa Rica until everybody found out! I sure hope Iceland will get better in the coming years or I can only visit.
