Bailout!

With almost every industry asking for a government bailout, this shouldn't surprise you. The banking and auto industry seem to have no shame in begging for taxpayer money. Now comes the airline industry seeking a stimulus!
This is not about helping individual airlines but the aviation industry as a whole. This will go to rebuilding the infrastructure including runways and a better air traffic control system.
