Doing drugs at a young age makes you twice as stupid. When cops are targeting those not wearing their seat belts, you shouldn't draw intentional attention to yourself. Since cops are out in force, you probably shouldn't be speeding and driving erratically.
Now for the proof that going though life being young, stupid and on dope is no way to go through life...
When the police perform a traffic stop, they found a pot pipe in plain view. The 21 year old driver had 15 marijuana bags and 13 ecstasy pills. What was his reason for speeding? He was chasing a pot thief who robbed his pot!
The irony of this story is that among the other charges, he got a ticket for not wearing his seat belt!
