Aussies Have Housing That's Growing Off MArket
January 23rd 2012 00:21
The prices of housing are growing up and up and up. Aussies are finding it hard to keep up with demand. The Australian government need to find a way in order to make all levels of housing available for those wanting to own a home. Otherwise the homes will be for the rich, and this will kick most of the lower income bracket out of home ownership.
No joke there are people who don't get the big jobs as people who do. Managers are usually big job earners, and so are government elite, and business owners. Plus sports players, and those who have family wealth to hand down, are ones with big money. These other 'poorer' people need to be included in their own realistic living.
Some people say there will be rent available. However rent is increasing with the homes that cost a lot, they are not staying level or decreasing. So it is also making it hard for those who desire to rent to continue renting. In places like American even house-sharing or boarding takes a good 300 dollars per week, where as in Australia you can get a cheap board/house share for 150 dollars.
If the Government outlines a rule that outlines that housing estate for all incomes will be available in the future no matter how high housing prices get then this will make Australians, who don't always get more then 200 dollars per week, give a sigh of relief. This will mean the decrease of homelessness and suicide due to psychological stress or the inability to feed. This will mean a good fair go for those living on all incomes.
