Scams On The Internet - by Schubler

ATTENTION: New ONLINE SCAM!!!

November 21st 2006 12:27
This first Scam I`m going to talk about involve people that sell stuff on ebay!!!
This is very real, it happened and many people are falling for this one... it has a very high rate of succes for the scammers... people don`t see it and this scam is very damaging because it can get you in jail!!!

How does the scam look like?
This scam will not feel as a scam until you get to the bank!!! You have to remember this all the way!!!
Let`s say you are selling something on ebay, a computer for example!!! Those scammers will come to you and look like any client, interested in buying your product... They will tell you they have a business which helps their clients buys stuff other the Internet!!! Also they will use their so called business and the country you live in... usually they do these to United States citizens... to motivate the fact that they will send you a cashiers check which will include an extra commission for you beside the price you ask for your computer... usually a 20%-40% extra... As I said before, they say they are helping others buy things on the Internet and because they are selling a service they would want to work with you and give you a commission for your work... motivating very very convincing that this is the right way to do it...

If you were new to ebay the first thing you would do would be sending the item while waiting for your check but this is not a smart way to do it!!! All the persons which told me about this... waited for the check to come through UPS, the check came and the big surprise was that the check looked very very very real... it had the bank name written on it, serial number, name of the one that send the check, all the safety signs on a real check, watermarks everything, absolutely everything to make it look as real as possible!!! After the check arrived.. the person went to the bank and deposited the amount... after this they waited the 7-10 days in which the check clears to see if the money will come... and this is were the surprise comes: Your check will come out fraudulent!!! And if you don`t explain to the bank were you got the check and from where it was sent to before depositing it... you could go to jail and lose your merchandise because there is a very poor chance that you`ll never find this guys again!!!

So people... be carefull what you do on the Internet and with what kind of persons you do business with!!! Scams are starting to look more and more realistic... as technology evolves... the scams also evolve...and the chances that you will fall for one are getting higher and higher every day because of this!!!

Thanks for reading!!!
Have a great day everybody!!!

The whole internet is full of scams. Look at the so-called, "Make Money by Doing Surveys" type of scam. Do you know what that is? It's all over the place.

I have heard about the survey thing... I`m investigating it... and as soon as I have enough information to give you guys I`ll make a post here!!! The Internet is filled with scams: 90% of what you see promoted are scams and 10% may have the potential of making you some cash...

Right now I`m trying to talk about more serious scams... and I`ve chosen for that the most profitable type of scams on the Internet: The Nigerian Scams, The 4-1-9 scams or The E-bay Nigerian scams!!!

You won`t believe how many victims this scams make and how much people suffer...
I use to be skeptical saying that only stupid people fall for this... but someone opened my eyes recently and I started giving these scams a more serious look...

Imagine you received such an email when you made your first email address... an email which was saying that your address has been selected and won 1 mil. $... and which looked so good that it even had trademarks, sites and videos in it!!! What would you have done???
Would you believe it was for real or not... emails from the Lottery scams, especially the recent ones look very very similar if not identical to the one`s sent by the National Lottery Companies all over the World and It scares me to see that I, which I have a certain experience in Internet Marketing, am making more and more efforts in recognizing scam emails!!!
