Ate too Much

Thanksgiving was great. I ate too much as usual. Spent several nites in my own bed. Now Im back on the road and waiting for a load. I still dont get to know where it goes til Im halfway there. Talked to the wife this mornning and shes putting the tree up. Its a fake tree that we got a few years ago. I hate decorating fake trees, but she likes it so she does it every year. I wont get home again til Xmas eve. She says shes gonna get the lites up, too cause the neighbors have theres up and she loves the lites and decorations. I think its her favorite time of year. I liked it when the kids were little but its not a big deal to me anymore. Shes like a little kid herself at Xmas, baking, decorating and wrapping presents. Its more fun to hear about how much fun shes having than having to do it myself.
