Asian Cop Drama: Black and White

This is currently one of my favor drama. Like many Asian drama, it only run for one season, roughly around 30 episodes.
The story revolve around two cops, Zhai-Tan Chan and Hero Woo, two young top cops of the city. Hero Woo, a former olympic boxing champion, is dedicated to his duties, dedicated to justice, he is always the first on the crime scene and the last to leave, his dedication leads to his remakable police record, completely different from Zhai-Tan Chan, who is a bludgger.
Zhai-Tan Chan, born as an orphan, spend his entire life living on the streets, multiple records of theft, until one day, due to some wierd fate, he was given a new face and a new idenitity and so much money that he doesn't know what to do with, by mysterious figures. The only catch for him is that he needs to become a cop. Zhai-Tan Chan is a complete bludgger cop, when there is a gun fight, he stay as far away as possible, and call in back up to deal with them instead. But he is a genious detective,as a result, in addition to support of mysterious informer, Zhai-Tan Chan, became the top cop in the northen district of the city, despite been a complete bludgger. Zhai-Tan Chan's fighting skills and gunmenship, is as bad as an ordinary civilian.
When the bludger top cop and the dedicated top cop, team up togehter, Hero Woo, was driven insane by Zhai-Tan Chan's lack of dedication, but in the same time, can not denire his talent, in criminal investigation. Zhai-Tan Chan who is always the last on the scene, can not stand Hero Woo's dedication and say that thanks for him, someday he will die on duty. But when the two of them join team, they became an undefeatable team.
In the same time, the daughter of Mob Boss of the San-Lan gang. Ling Chan, fall in love with Hero Woo, after mistakening him to be the one who save her, from biological warfare of a terriorist attack. Despite, knowing who she is, Hero Woo, also started finding himself falling for this girl, who is kind and beautiful, but relecutenly find her self mix in the underworld, by having a Mob boss father. Despite loving her father, the only thing Ling Chan want is to stay clear of the Mob. San-Lan gang, an unsual gang, who have qualify people including ex military specialist as its member and have tie with corrupt politicians.
Ling Chan, hates Zhaitan Chan, because is a complete player, but Zhaitan Chan is the one who really saved Ling Chan from the terrorist attack and when Ling Chan found out about it, he straight away fall out of love with Hero Woo and fall in love with Zhaitan Chan. But Zhai-Tan Chan who enjoy his rich bachelor life style, is not interest in Ling Chan at all and is more interest in getting into the pants of beautiful forensic, Cing-in Lan. Deep down inside there is only one woman that Zhai-Tan Chan really love, Chou-may Ha, the fast food store waitress, who use to give him free food, when he was still a begger, but somebody he lost contact with, years ago.
Just in the middle of all this, the two cops found themselve tangle in a more complicated situation, thinking it is only a case relating to the San-Lan Gang, investigate the matter in depth, however, they soon found out they are dealing with a much more powerful enemy, including international terrorists from the middle east call Sarkashi, with tie to senior politicians, both within the nation, the UN and the US and has infiltrate the police and interpol and unlike the Taliban, Sarkashi members includes people from all over the world, all race and all nationality, making them impossible to identify and are the most well trained fighting force, in the world. While investigating another suicide boming done by Sarkashi, Zhai-Tan Chan realized that Chou-May Ha, to be amount the casualty.
