As Christmas Eve Approaches

As Christmas Eve approaches, our thoughts turn
to the plight of Mary and Joseph in a harsh Roman
controlled province, facing oppression, prejudice
and poverty at every turn.
Somehow, in spite of the worldly odds stacked, seemingly,
against them and the unborn child she was carrying, they
persevered.
In our present 21st Century, PRO-DEATH politicians
and U.S. Supreme Court Justices--appointed, not
elected--would legislate, "DEATH TO THE UNWANTED
CHILD."
"It is the woman's 'right to choose'," they boldly proclaim
behind their closed doors and pompous robes.
"We decree this is the Law of the Land! Kill the child
if the mother does not want it. Off with his head.
Into the medical waste barrel he must go!"
Sounds a little like what King Herod,the so called "Great,"
would degree doesn't it?
Frightening scenario isn't it? Yet unfortunately all too true.
Next United States Election Day, remember your PRO-DEATH
politicians and the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court they
