Every man in this world has unique skill and knowledge given by God naturally, but all are not shining, because they loose their confidence even for the small disappointments. One must be confident about his skill and knowledge, and keep on trying for his success, do not loose the confidene at the first try itself. One gains sound experience only when he or she faces more failures. One must try to correct the mistakes which were comitted in the last try.
Once i read about a Japanese girl named Sadako aged 11 studying in a School was affected by Cancer due to the radiation of Bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki of Japan. After she comes to know about her dangerous disease she didn't want to die but wanted to live, at that time one of her friends named Susuko met her with lots of papers cut into small squares and asked Sadako to fold the papers and make Crane (Bird), because the Japanese believe that as god and it can save them from all the problems. According to her friends advice she starts to make the cranes by using papers, in the begining she was able to make 20 per day but, day by day it has come down, one day she died. It was found that 644 paper cranes were made by her were spreaded around her bed, actually she wanted to make atleast 1000 cranes before she dies, even in her illness. Atlast the friends of her made the remaining 356 cranes in order to please their friend's soul. They wanted to build a memorial place in appreciation for her confidence even on her last breath. They raised funds from the public and built a memorial place in the Heart of the Hiroshima. We can say more examples like this, Today many of the talented and skilled are not improved themselves because of their unawareness and loss of their confidence on their own. Those who are keeping on trying to succeed even on thier failures are definitely achieving their goal at once. Search for the chances to improvement of their skills and become popular.
