Apple Mac or Microsoft Windows?
July 10th 2009 06:42
The competition between the two giants in computer industries was a never ending cycle of creative innovation. Since the time when windows was at version 0.01 and Apples were powered by coal, and there’s no sign of any resolution. Basically, both of the platforms have advantages and disadvantages. In order for the buyers to at least decide which one of the two is right and will much for his taste. Let me give some of the pluses and minuses.
• Depending on the model, Mac mouse is different to the windows. You might have one or four buttons on the Mac, two or three on the PC and getting used of them can be tricky.
• In terms of availability in software, windows has many to offer, but Mac is not far behind—and for some specific applications like graphics, making and editing movies and the like, Mac’s software is better because it makes use of its own capabilities.
• If you need to connect to something for synchronization and backups, windows is more useful and versatile. Multi tasking in windows is as easy as one-two-three. Ads on like USB disks are generally cheaper in windows variants and in some cases you won’t be able to use such peripherals at all on Mac.
• Windows will crash and/or freeze more frequently than a Mac. It’s a fact of life which Microsoft doesn’t seem able to solve completely, though it’s getting better.
• There are few or shall I say rare viruses and malware programs on Mac. It’s generally look better but cost more equivalent systems.
So those are few things you need to know, now it’s up to you decide whether Mac or Windows.
Till next time….

They both do their respective jobs very well.
When it comes to templates, emailing, number crunching and day to day business - you can't go past Mr Gates.
When it comes to the creative, the fresh and the innovative - well Mr Jobs wins hands down.
