In a country where there is a literal 'drug war' going on, one has to wonder what the Mexican government is thinking? It wants to enact a personal use drug law. This will allow small amounts of practically all types of drugs.
It seems that in Mexico the corruption-prone police are a bigger problem than hard core drug users!
