For loose change
People look away
No one wants to know
About what he has to say
He has nothing
He has dirt
Beneath his fingernails
It’s a tough time
He says
But isn’t it for everyone
Sometimes I struggle
To eat three times a day
I can’t give away
At a time like this
So no sir
You can’t have any loose change
Its not that I don’t care
Its not that they don’t care
I just care
More about myself.

I keep forgetting I’m in a new life. Before I knew it I got up and changed every part of my life. People seem to be so afraid of change but most of the time we change without realising it.
Time changes and it inevitable. It’s the people that stop things from changing that end up never moving forward.
I almost hang for change.
