Waiting

Waiting

Things are looking up
As I sit on the floor of a bus station
I feel quite happy
Knowing I have ten hours
To sit and ponder
NOT
I have ten minutes left
On my computer
My only sense of sanity
Before I lull myself
Into a sleep
All because I chose the cheap way
All because I chose to do all of this
See the world
Feel the pain of waiting
It has to be worth it
To be on the journey
Called travel
All I know
Is that once it is all over
I will not miss
The thing called waiting
Waiting for buses

Waiting for trains
Waiting for people
Waiting to make decisions
And waiting to find a way
The way that you feel is right
No body else can choose it
But you

Home

I miss home
That isn’t my home
And sometimes I think
I will never be home again
Never call a place
My real home
Just a place I once
Called home
Why indeed do I need a home?
